It is important to mention that educators constantly face different challenges in helping students develop knowledge in all areas of the curriculum. For this reason, the Reggio Emilia methodology or Reggio Experience is proposed. According to Biroli et al. (2018), this methodology is based on an educational exercise through which students are motivated to explore their environment and express all their available communicative and cognitive languages. It is based on the belief that children have the potential to construct their own knowledge in relation to their environment, which motivates children to construct their own thinking through different languages. In this sense, a more dynamic, innovative, and inclusive approach is promoted in this field, facilitating the teaching-learning process and thus achieving clear objectives and optimal results. Lori argues that students should acquire knowledge through observation and experimentation, thus fostering their creativity. Considering these characteristics, the study of this method is crucial, because children learn based on their own interests and experiences, always motivated. A predisposed student is also highly productive and assimilates knowledge easily, while the teacher creates a climate of trust that fosters much more meaningful learning.
Carmen Ramona Farias Moreira Laura Carolina Landázuri Quintero Segundo Agapito Farías Moreira Copyright (c) 2025 Carmen Ramona Farias Moreira,Laura Carolina Landázuri Quintero,Segundo Agapito Farías Moreira https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-03-22 2025-03-22 5 1 476 490 10.63549/rg.v5i1.617 Impact of human talent management on innovation and new product development in manufacturing SMEs https://revista.redgade.com/index.php/Gade/article/view/615
In today's dynamic business environment, innovation is crucial for the survival and growth of manufacturing SMEs. Methodically, we proceeded to the systematic review of the scientific literature between 2019 and 2024 following the PRISMA protocol and using databases such as Latindex, Redalyc and SciELO. Rigorous inclusion criteria were applied to ensure the high relevance and quality of the information collected. In this way, an adequate theoretical framework is made available for the future development of research and practice in the context of artistic gymnastics. The results include, in addition to identifying the benefits of laterality in athletic performance, some practical guidelines on how to address laterality in training in a balanced manner. The direct beneficiaries of this research are coaches and gymnasts, who will be able to optimize their training programs. Sports institutions, researchers and the general public also benefit indirectly through a greater understanding and appreciation of the sport.
Rosa Vanessa Pazmiño Aldaz Copyright (c) 2025 Rosa Vanessa Pazmiño Aldaz https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-01-29 2025-01-29 5 1 338 363 10.63549/rg.v5i1.597 The Current Importance of Industrial Policy Formulation and the Integration of Corporate Social Responsibility in this Process: The Experience of Mexico-Chihuahua. https://revista.redgade.com/index.php/Gade/article/view/512
The main objective of this study is to analyze the evolution of industrial policies and their relationship with corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Mexico, with a focus on the state of Chihuahua. Through a qualitative approach, the study employs document analysis of government and international organization reports, as well as case studies of projects such as Chihuahua Siglo XXI and Chihuahua Futura. A historical comparison of industrial policies was also conducted, ranging from the era of import substitution to the current focus on sustainability and competitiveness.

The findings highlight that, although there have been advances in CSR adoption, especially led by multinational corporations and maquiladoras, significant challenges persist, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises. Industrial policies in Chihuahua have boosted regional competitiveness through projects like Chihuahua Futura, which promotes digitization and Industry 4.0, aligning with global trends. However, the lack of coherence in national industrial policies and confusion over the scope of CSR have limited business development and competitiveness in Mexico. The study emphasizes the need for greater coordination between federal and state policies to foster sustainable development and more socially responsible business practices.

Sofia Abigail Revelo Gallardo Copyright (c) 2025 Sofia Abigail Revelo Gallardo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-01-28 2025-01-28 5 1 314 337 10.63549/rg.v5i1.590 Hierarchy of human values in higher technical education students https://revista.redgade.com/index.php/Gade/article/view/580
The main objective of this study was to identify the hierarchy in the value structure of technical higher education students. The research was conducted by collecting data through the Schwartz Value Survey from 197 students at a higher technological institute in the city of Quito, aged between 18 and 24 years old. The study evaluates the four dimensions of Schwartz's model: self-transcendence, self-enhancement, openness to change, and conservation. Additionally, the individual values/factors of the model were analyzed: power, achievement, hedonism, stimulation, self-direction, universalism, benevolence, tradition, conformity, and security. The data analysis corresponds to the global reliability analysis of the instrument, as well as the reliability analysis by factor, in all cases showing good or acceptable internal consistency. Subsequently, a descriptive analysis of the data was carried out to reveal the students' preference order for the ten values mentioned above. It is noteworthy that the identified value hierarchy differs considerably from other studies conducted on similar populations. However, the discussion of the results indicates that during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, the value structure of young adults was modified. Regarding gender differences, no significant differences were found in nine of the ten values that make up the Schwartz model, with stimulation being the only value where statistical differences were found in the studied population.
Diego Felipe Carranza Gangotena Kevin Mateo Villacís Larco Paola Alejandra Zurita Cevallos Jésica Paola López Hurtado Copyright (c) 2025 Diego Felipe Carranza Gangotena,Kevin Mateo Villacís Larco,Paola Alejandra Zurita Cevallos,Jésica Paola López Hurtado https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-01-22 2025-01-22 5 1 367 384 10.63549/rg.v4i7.580 Strategic analysis in the Escambray Dairy Products Company: Improvement tool https://revista.redgade.com/index.php/Gade/article/view/560
Strategic management is defined as the art and science of formulating, implementing and evaluating decisions that enable an organization to achieve its objectives. Case study: 'savings and credit union april 26 https://revista.redgade.com/index.php/Gade/article/view/582
The implementation of a social and solidarity-based economic system in Ecuador is founded on the need to overcome the limitations of the current economic model and the lack of acceptance in the global market. The focus is on justice, sustainability, and solidarity, in line with the Ecuadorian Constitution, which defines the economic system as social and solidarity-oriented (Art. 283) and outlines development goals aimed at improving the population's well-being. With the objective of countering periodic market crises and fostering inclusive practices, a more vigorous state intervention is suggested, as reflected in the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy of 2010 and the establishment of the National Corporation of Popular and Solidarity Finance (CONAFIPS). This regulation aims to support the growth of business initiatives and collaborative structures based on the social and popular economic sphere, thereby facilitating local economic integration and promoting principles such as solidarity, equity, and reciprocity. The ongoing updating of policies in the field of social and solidarity economy is highlighted, transcending a limited perspective confined to certain popular sectors, both entrepreneurs and small businesses, and focusing on coherent integration at a structural and territorial level. Moreover, it raises questions about the conventional separation between the fields of economy, politics, and culture, proposing the promotion of an economy based on cooperation rather than competition."
David Israel Garcés Quimuña Copyright (c) 2025 David Israel Garcés Quimuña https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-01-22 2025-01-22 5 1 348 366 10.63549/rg.v4i7.582 Overprotection primary factor of dependency in adolescents with disabilities https://revista.redgade.com/index.php/Gade/article/view/579
Overprotection constitutes a critical factor in the development of dependency in adolescents with physical and cognitive disabilities, affecting both the patient and their parents. Although many of these adolescents have the necessary skills to carry out daily activities, excessive care hinders the development of their autonomy and limits their personal growth. Driven by fear and a desire to protect, parents often assume that their children are not capable of carrying out certain activities on their own, restricting their opportunities to explore and strengthen their abilities. This attitude, although well-intentioned, reinforces the perception of inability in adolescents and promotes a cycle of dependency that can continue without adequate intervention. The study was carried out with a sample of ten adolescents with the aforementioned disabilities, between 15 and 20 years old, who are not in school, belong to a medium-high socioeconomic stratum and attend the Snoozelen Psychotherapeutic Center. Data collection was carried out through a structured survey based on the Likert scale, which was designed to evaluate the relationship between parental overprotection and dependency in the lives of these adolescents. The survey allowed us to measure both the attitudes of parents and the dependent behaviors of their children. The results confirm that overprotection limits the potential development of adolescents and perpetuates a cycle of dependency. Given this situation, it is considered essential to promote independence in adolescents with disabilities, providing tools and opportunities that allow them to function in their environment. Therefore, a psychotherapeutic program aimed at parents is proposed, aimed at promoting autonomy in their children. This approach will contribute to the development of their skills, encourage greater independence and reduce dependency, resulting in an improvement in their quality of life.
Azucena Monserrate Macías Merizalde Andrés Eduardo Quelal Perugachi Paulina Yolanda Cabezas Amores Copyright (c) 2025 Azucena Monserrate Macías Merizalde,Andrés Eduardo Quelal Perugachi,Paulina Yolanda Cabezas Amores https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2025-01-22 2025-01-22 5 1 326 347 10.63549/rg.v4i7.579
