After fifteen years of continuous innovation and metamorphosis, fulfilling its main objective of serving as a tool for the most vulnerable people in our society to achieve their personal goals, embracing the flavor of opportunities and feeling part of our community, we can say with total certainty that time has proved the CECAP Training Service right. When Andrés Martínez Medina, at that time a dedicated and committed young psychologist coined this terminology, fleeing from biased labels, with the illusion of opening the way to a new way of understanding the reality of people with disabilities, few were those who trusted in that was possible.
