Abstract
This research article analyzes the management of human capital and its relationship with financial productive performance in the Servicio de Capacitación CECAP, which is a care resource for people in situations of social vulnerability, especially people with intellectual disabilities. In this way, a series of indicators, both of a productive and financial nature, are analyzed, evaluated and validated, which determine the optimal ratios in professional intervention. Consequently, it is the first research study that evaluates the correlation between knowledge management and productive and financial performance in Third Sector entities, providing a methodological and theoretical basis for its application in other organizations of the same nature.
