Actividad física para la prevención del sedentarismo en el hogar del adulto de la apartada Córdoba
Resumen
El objetivo de este artículo es llevar a cabo una estrategia en actividad física con el fin de disminuir las tasas de sedentarismo en adulto mayor utilizando como material primordial el baile. La actividad aérobica como el baile es una de las formas que realmente pueden iluminar las vidas monótonas de las personas. Cuando alguien decide iniciarse en el ejercicio físico suele tener en cuenta el nivel de diversión que supone que tiene esta actividad, la propuesta es el resultado de las encuestas realizadas a todos los adultos que se encuentran en el hogar donde a cada uno se le realizó la encuesta de IPAQ. En algunas graficas se podrá diferenciar el nivel y porcentaje de actividad física de cada uno de las personas encuestadas, con estos gráficos se puede empezar la estrategia que está realizando para este proyecto en contra del sedentarismo. Teniendo en cuenta que son adultos mayores las actividades que se van a orientar son de forma baja y moderada.
