Recreational strategy for the promotion of physical activity in 11th grade of The Rafael Núñez Educational Institution
Abstract
This article about a strategy in the Rafael Núñez Educational Institution, which seeks to contribute to the educational environment, promote comprehensive well-being and nurture student learning. We distinguish the importance of recreational activities and the use of free time to strengthen physical, cognitive and social skills. This aims to design a playful strategy for Physical Education classes in eleventh grade at the Rafael Núñez Educational Institution. Which was applied as an instrument a survey to 50 eleventh grade students, for a total of 100% evaluated. Finally, the work was carried out in collaboration with our teaching team, specialized personnel and the educational community in general, in order to successfully implement this strategy. In addition, we will be on the lookout to constantly evaluate, correct and adapt our playful activities in order to contribute to the promotion of physical activity in our students.
