Model for strategic direction in gyms in Sahagún

Abstract

The main objective that is carried out in this research is to publicize the different strategies that are had in a gym in the municipality of Sahagún-Córdoba, which is one of the most recognized in the municipality, by its instructor and training machines. Through the theories that will be shown on the strategic direction, we will be able to realize what is really needed to have a site with optimal conditions. This work will also allow us to know the strengths and weaknesses of the gym, as well as teach us the quality of its service to customers, these will help us to understand its characteristics more accurately, in order to collaborate with the improvement of this gym, by realizing of its planning and how it can improve, since there are many irregularities in the service, so it is necessary to carry out a new strategic direction that allows correcting all these shortcomings. For this research, a previously proposed research model was followed, which has an introduction, a theoretical framework, support for figures and graphs, a methodology and a model for strategic direction. Care was taken when attending the facilities, since the health situation of the municipality is critical, therefore biosecurity measures were complied with to avoid contagion. In addition to this, a questionnaire was made to a group of 30 people who attended the gym regularly in order to achieve the objectives mentioned above.
