Abstract

The following article addresses how a sedentary lifestyle is negatively influencing young people at an early age, a sedentary lifestyle is the lack of physical activity and subsequently being overweight, overweight children are the risk that society runs later on since they are creating obesity and This subsequently alters the early mortality rate of humans. At school we can see that physical education is being degraded with the reduction of hours in the school curricula and this means that children are not educated enough so that they can reason about how bad it is to be sedentary. In the family it can also be said that it is complicit in the fact that the children are suffering from this sedentary disease since they are the ones who are directly responsible for the children's obligations, today it is the technological means.
