Abstract

The article aims to analyze the various challenges presented by the implementation of artificial intelligence (IA) in human talent management. These challenges include ethical aspects, such as data privacy and algorithmic biases, as well as practical implications, such as the impact of automation on employment. In terms of privacy, AI requires the use of large volumes of personal data, which poses significant risks, including that automation may displace workers, creating job uncertainty and challenges in transitioning to new or changed roles. To mitigate these challenges, the article proposes the creation and implementation of policies that ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI. It is crucial to ensure transparency in the development and operation of algorithms and to protect the rights and privacy of employees. A fair working environment, where AI is integrated in a harmonious and beneficial way for all involved, should also be promoted. In conclusion, proactively addressing the ethical and practical challenges of AI can significantly improve efficiency and fairness in human talent management.
