Abstract

The research whose topic is "Strategic Planning applied to the company Silver Moon Events Center", was carried out with the objective of solving the planning problem presented by the "Silver Moon" Events Center, carrying out an analysis of the nature of the business, data, analysis of its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to then identify the problem and a strategy to solve it. A bibliographic review of the philosophical and theoretical foundation of planning was also carried out to understand a little more about the problem. A qualitative, descriptive and non-experimental methodology was used for the research, since it is a cross-sectional investigation. Direct observation techniques, documentary bibliography and an open interview approach were used to provide a deeper insight into the situation that occurs in the company. The interview served as the basis for developing as a proposal the mission, vision, values ​​and organizational structure for the “Silver Moon” Events Center, as well as a clear and established strategic planning of activities for each event. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the work are shown.
