Bibliometric analysis on the formulation of strategies to improve the work environment among employees, recruitment and selection of personnel

Abstract

This research focuses on bibliometrically analyzing the strategies that should be implemented to improve the work environment among employees, recruitment and selection of personnel who are linked to a higher-level public institution. Some of these strategies are related to the performance of the activities to be carried out and have a positive or negative impact on the company, highlighting considerably that if the employees of an organization are motivated, satisfied with their workplace, and having adequate tools, these people will be committed to the company, therefore the development of their activities are directed to the fulfillment of the goals and objectives established by the company. Likewise, the incorporation of strategies and tools, concepts, practices that recognize the particularities and contexts of each territory; thus achieving interventions more in line with the economic, social, political and cultural reality of the territories, actively including the community so that it can manage its own development. The methodology used is exploratory, explanatory and descriptive, using the mixed method since data will be collected, both qualitative and quantitative phenomena will be described, under non-probabilistic sampling, using secondary sources and information collection techniques. In addition, a search was used in the Scopus database applying the bibliometric method and processing in VOSviewer.
