Coordinación y expresión corporal en la danza urbana: revisión sistemática

Resumen

La danza urbana es un género originado en barrios urbanos enfocándose en la coordinación y la expresión corporal para comunicar emociones y sentimientos a través de los movimientos. Esta revisión sistemática se realizó mediante búsqueda en bases de datos siguiendo directrices de la declaración PRISMA, examinó estudios de los últimos 15 años y se encontraron 14 estudios que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión, y los resultados indican que la coordinación es esencial en esta danza ya que permite a los bailarines moverse de manera sincronizada y armónica con otros bailarines y la música, mejorando su seguridad y previniendo lesiones. La coordinación puede mejorar la capacidad de los bailarines para coordinar sus movimientos y adaptarse a diferentes ritmos y estilos de danza. La expresión corporal es fundamental en la danza urbana, ya que permite a los bailarines comunicar emociones y sentimientos a través de sus movimientos. La expresión corporal puede mejorar la capacidad de los bailarines para comunicar emociones y desarrollar su propia identidad artística. Los estudios sugirieron que la capacidad de los bailarines para expresar emociones a través de su cuerpo puede tener un impacto positivo en su bienestar emocional. Los hallazgos de este estudio pueden tener implicaciones importantes para el diseño de programas de entrenamiento y de educación en danza urbana.
