Coach and Coaching as an option to contribute to individual and Organizational development
Abstract
Considering the need to keep working on the perfection of organizational work, it is necessary to once again return to the topic of the coach and Coaching. For this purpose, we have used documentary analysis, logical history, and analysis and synthesis in the search for recent elements and background on the subject matter as research methods. Throughout our lives, at some point, a coach (coach, mentor) has always been needed to grow as a person. This tool or technique, better expressed, is related to the valorization of individual skills of the members of a team, integrating them in a harmonious development, so that in this way the victory of one is the success of the team and allows us to achieve the goals and the objectives that the same or the organization to which it belongs has been proposed, hoping that the result of our research contributes to the work of managers.
