Abstract

In a world where digital transformation is a fact, bringing people to the center of this process is essential to guarantee a sustainable and promising future. Behavioral management, based on the DISC Theory, emerges as a fundamental tool for adapting teaching to the individual needs of students, providing a more personalized, effective and humanized education. It is essential to change the paradigm of the teaching/learning process, where knowing and mastering behavioral profile management becomes a foundation for creating more inclusive and motivating learning environments. By understanding the different dynamics of personality and behavior, teachers and institutions can develop teaching strategies that promote the integral growth of students, preparing them not only for academic success, but also for conscious and responsible action in the constantly evolving world. Behavioral management allows an educational approach centered on the individual, adjusting methodologies and resources to their particularities, maximizing their potential. In this way, we are ensuring that the educational process is not just a transmission of knowledge, but a journey of transformation, in which students are empowered to become leaders and agents of change in the future. I want to highlight, at this international conference, how behavioral management can be the key to innovative and transformative education, transforming the next generation to face challenges with resilience, creativity and empathy.
