Evaluation of the quality of services in the schools of the cuban sports system
Abstract
Know the status of the quality of the services provided in any Organization is a matter of utmost importance. Nowadays, the services and programs provided are accredited, and in the international education system it is a requirement to show favorable statuses in this regard. The purpose of accreditation in an educational institution is to determine if it has quality at a general level, if it is capable of showing that it progresses continuously and systematically, meeting the established quality criteria and standards. In the schools of the Cuban sports system, the training process is different, teaching is combined with training and this complexity makes evaluation difficult, hence, based on the existence of instruments for evaluating quality in the different schools of the sports system Cuban this investigation will be carried out, to determine the state of quality in the different schools. A non-experimental, qualitative and quantitative design was assumed and scientific methods of the theoretical and empirical level were used such as historical-logical, synthetic analytical, document review, specialist criteria and measurement. From the application of the instruments, the information was collected and the data was processed that allowed us to determine the state of the quality of the schools of the Cuban sports system.
