Social innovation is defined as all those new ideas about products, services and models that solve a social problem or cover a need in a more effective and efficient way than current alternatives, at the same time that they establish new social relationships and synergies. Therefore, social innovation are solutions that profoundly change the social system that has been given to us, reducing people's vulnerability.
