The proposed methodology is based on a holistic approach that covers technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of the game. The importance of progressive teaching is emphasized, starting from basic skills such as ball control and passing, to team play tactics and advanced strategies. In addition, the integration of motor and cognitive development principles in the design of the training sessions is highlighted, in order to adapt to the different stages of student development. The methodology also incorporates assessment tools to monitor student progress and adjust teaching based on their individual needs. Examples of practical activities and specific exercises that can be implemented in the school context are discussed, as well as recommendations for the training of teaching staff in teaching football. The importance of fostering an inclusive environment and promoting the values of fair play and teamwork is highlighted.
