Evaluation of the conditional physical abilities of the footballers of the 2012 category at Depor Canta Claro, Montería
Abstract
Throughout sports training, it is essential to return to the topic of conditional physical abilities in child athletes. We have searched for background information and recent elements related to the topic. Throughout the process of physical and sports development, children need to strengthen their conditional abilities (strength, endurance, speed, flexibility) to improve their performance and promote their integral growth as athletes. These capabilities play a crucial role in valuing individual skills, allowing harmonious integration into team work. Individual success in improving these capabilities contributes to the overall success of the team, thus facilitating the achievement of the goals and objectives set, both at the individual and group level. It is expected that the results of this research will be useful for coaches and managers, contributing to the improvement of children’s sports training processes.
