Abstract

Physical abilities are essential for a healthy and fulfilling life. Various studies have shown that these skills, such as strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination, are not only essential for sports performance, but also influence our mental, cognitive and emotional health. In addition, adolescence is a critical period in the physical and emotional development of young people. During this stage, it is essential to work on physical abilities to establish a solid foundation for a healthy and active life. Therefore, physical activity is essential for the comprehensive development of students. Its implementation in childhood and adolescence has physical, emotional and social benefits. However, there are challenges that must be addressed.
