In the administrative field, digitalisation and artificial intelligence are reconfiguring the management of educational and sports organisations, demanding new skills and approaches. On the other hand, sport, in addition to being a tool for social cohesion and human development, faces the need to adapt to demands for inclusion, gender equity and sustainability. In terms of education, there is a growing need to integrate innovative pedagogical strategies that foster critical thinking, physical and mental health, and collaborative work from an early age.
